The standard color offerings for the Prime are Black and White - are those gloss finish or matte finish? I see both gloss black and matte black frames on Nireekas instagram page so I know they can do both. Which is it?

Battery not charging

Hello I have a prime with an 840 battery
I rarely use the bike today I noticed it does not turn on. The battery was plugged in for 2-3 hours and nothing.
UPDATE:

Simple solution :) I forgot about the battery reset button. The battery was in sleep mode.

The bike is garaged kept has less than 155 kilometres. What is the problem?

Hangar extension
